Be grateful for life even in hard times!

When I hear somebody sigh, “life is hard.” I am always tempted to ask, “compared to what?” There is no question- life is hard at times. None of us escapes trials and challenges.  And some of us truly seem to have more of them than others. So what are we to do with that realization? We cannot control most of what happens to us. We can only control how we respond to it. No two paths are the same. Self pity is the response of someone who hasn’t yet learned to deal with adult life. Feeling sorry for ourselves is like having a hole in a bucket that allows our spirit and our strength to drain away.

What Crepe is 1 Year Old!!!

What Crepe is 1 year old!!! What an incredible journey we have been on. One of my favorite phrases to my staff is “buckle up, its going to be a ride”, and a ride we have been on. Some good, some challenging, but all in the creation of what we have become. I wouldn’t change a single moment.

LOVE…LIVE

I’ve learned that you live first and create after. That has been the best order for me. There’s no need for everything to be perfect anymore. Wake-up and make the rules, if the emotion is right then it’s right. Believe nothing, no matter where you heard it  or who has said it unless it agrees with your own reason. Only do what makes you happy.  Its ok to be inside yourself, let yourself experience the real true truth, its such a incredible feeling.  Love – Live – Do both slow they both are the present. Be organic live in the present – it’s true happiness.

LIVE LIFE!!!

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone!!!

Be Bold!!

Be Great!!

It only take one bold movement to remove all doubt.

TRAVEL!!!

In my short lifetime I have come across many things that have inspired me. One thing has always remained consistent I could have never come across these inspiring things, people etc if I had not decided to open my mind and see the world from a different eye. Traveling to different places and seeing different things sparks the brain and presents new opportunities. Many say that they can not afford to travel, please understand when I say travel it does not have to alway mean to a new location. When I say travel I mean pickup a book, talk to a stranger, order something new at your favorite restaurant, pickup a foreign language, do something that scares the hell out of you once in a while. All of these things make the mind travel. And of course if you can hit the road that makes it even sweeter to be able to blend into other cultures.
